Antique Russian Silver Niello Belt Orest Kurlyukov 1896-1908 Kavkaz

This listing is for an antique Russian Silver Niello Belt.  The silver content is 87.5% (sterling is 92.5%).    The belt is made up of 12 panels and a buckle and it is 25 1/2" long. Total weight is 5.28 troy ounces.  There is a maker's mark as well as a Kokoshnik mark on each panel and also on the buckle.  The maker's initials look like OK for Orest Federovich Kurlyukov and the Kokoshnik mark is from 1896 - 1908.   I am unable to determine which city this item was made in or who the assayer was (letters too small) but these belts were often made in the Caucasus mountains and the word on the buckle translates to Kavkaz.
